SMALL GROUPS
COMMUNITY GROUPS
Community Groups are one of the primary means of care and discipleship at Elim. These area-based home groups meet weekly for spiritual growth, encouragement, and accountability through prayer, Bible study, and relationships.
FREEDOM GROUPS
A Freedom Group is an intense small group that digs deep into difficult and seldom-discussed areas of life, such as abuse, addiction, and trials of all kinds. Groups are gender-based but mixed issue, meeting for 11-12 weeks. The approach to change is gospel-based, worship-oriented, and Christ-centered.
MEN'S & WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
MEN'S MINISTRIES
'Just for men' ministries at Elim include weekly Bible studies and a monthly Men's Breakfast. An annual Men's Retreat is hosted at Camp Shamineau (Motley, MN) in February.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
Ministry at Elim for women only primarily consists of Bible studies, accented by the occasional women's conference outing. We also host an annual Ladies' Dessert Night in December. In addition, the Dorcas Ladies meet once a month to manufacture and distribute supplies for the needy.
SUNDAY SEMINARS
Sunday Seminars are our Sunday morning adult Sunday School classes, offering a variety of courses in the fall and spring, with one January 'interim' class. Classes include Bible studies, marriage & parenting courses, theological studies, etc.
1:1 DISCIPLESHIP
Our spiritual mentoring program pairs up those who have grown in the faith with those who desire to grow as well. The Word of God and prayer in the context of relationship is the recipe and biblical model for growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

FAMILY CONNECTION
FAMILY RESOURCES
The Family Resource Center is located upstairs in Fellowship Hall providing Christ-centered materials by donation for parenting, children, relationships, and family life. There are Bibles, devotionals, books, CDs and counseling booklets as tools for building a strong, Christ-centered home.
PARENT CONNECTION
God has entrusted parents with the privilege and responsibility of raising their children in the Lord and passing on the faith to them (Deuteronomy 6). As the church, we are to help equip parents to minister in their home (Ephesians 4), as they are the primary disciplers of their children. We're seeking to come alongside parents through materials that make a connection between church and home such as Sunday School Take-Home Sheets and Family Calendars, located across from the Welcome Desk.
For more information please contact Adult Ministries Director, Ben Brandt, ben@elimmission.org, or Children's Ministry Director, Jennie Terning, jennie@elimmission.org.
